I have more than 12 years of experiences in manufacturing Industry as quality control Engineer.My working experiences in Saudi Arabia,India and China.My job role as in Alessa Industry,Riyadh,Saudi Arabia as Receiving Inspection Engineer where my responsibilities as sample evaluations,Monitor SCAR, raise IMRR.Check raw materials before sending to production floor with the help of asst.lead man and qc inspector.Received ECO ,Drawings,Specifications from R&D ,Test reports from suppliers.Functional testing of raw materials and sending materials to in house test to production etc etc .Besides Receiving Inspection worked as Process Improvement,QC fabrication and there’s many projects there did some of them ‘Scrap Analysis’ ,Leakages in TRB ,OEE calculation of Press Shop etc etc .
