"Mein Name ist Fatemeh Salimianrizi, und ich bin eine aufstrebende Forscherin mit einem breiten Spektrum an Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen im Bereich der Mikrobiologie und Bioinformatik. Ich verfüge über grundlegende Kenntnisse in bioinformatischen Tools wie NCBI-BLAST und Mikroarray-Datenanalyse und arbeite kontinuierlich daran, meine Fähigkeiten in diesem Bereich zu vertiefen. Meine Erfahrungen umfassen mikrobiologische Techniken wie Medienpräparation, Kultivierung,Gel-Eletrophorese, DNA-Extraktion, PCR, HPLC, BCA-Methode, und SDS-PAGE. Ich bin bestrebt, ständig dazuzulernen und mein Wissen zu erweitern, um mich als Forscherin weiterzuentwickeln. Master's Student - Intern as Food Microbiologist

Investigated Lactobacillus cytotoxic proteolytic activity on casein and whey protein, monitored bacterial growth, and assessed protein degradation using spectrophotometry. Utilized SDS-PAGE and the BCA method for protein separation, and conducted HPLC analysis to identify degradation products. Explored dairy industry applications for waste management. Additionally, performed microbial analysis using selective media, PCR, and DNA extraction, and utilized bioinformatics tools for microorganism identification.
