As a consultant in Gulf International Bank (GIB), I am part of a multi-channel retail banking development team which enables internet banking in digital channels. I am active developer in Internet Banking website. I am also responsible for Self Service Terminal (SST), an ATM kiosk, where internet banking and ATM functionality is mixed. I am currently working on Hybrid model, making retail banking internet website to responsive, that can be mixed up with any app as hybrid.

Cross browser support for existing applications. Conversion of vbscript to javascript/jQuery. Working on POC in angularJS for nextgen websites.

Automated processes where user action was required. Streamlined workflow and rule engine to easy configurable. Created components which are not available in market. Created tool for SWIFT, saved £ 72000, which vendor was charging. Resolved longtime issues with better design practices.

Managed $5 million budget project and achieved project scheduled goals. Improved the accuracy of budget forecasts. Led project teams in driving cost-reduction initiatives. Developed quality standards for better performance, reliability and maintenance. Developed many project management tools which saves lot of time. It was a standard practice to use excel spreadsheet for various dashboard and burn rate.
