Define and manage: e-commerce backlog, new solutions with the business, media and marketing teams, new application infrastructure when necessary with the infrastructure team. Worked as a Product Owner in company`s like: Banco Itaú (largest bank in south America) and RDI – McDonalds. At Itaú I was responsible for: Define and manage the App/APIs and product backlog. a PUSH Notification SDK solution for all applications, new application infrastructure (backend and frontend) when necessary. Lead a cross-functional team. At RDI – McDonalds I was responsible for: Manage the Asia POS (point of sale) new features backlog including the Create your Taste Totem.

Management of both suppliers and projects acting as PO and/or SM for the development of the apps for iOS and Android, sites, CMS, integration with other systems, etc for clients such as Lenovo and Pepsico.
