Gaye Ege Izci

I lead a team of ten Product Managers and teach them to take a more influential role in software projects. I also act as a Scrum Master and a Product Owner for our most considerable projects, a real estate valuation and mortgage system for financial banks. I aim to ensure that our projects run smoothly, meet customer needs, and deliver value within the budget and time constraints. I have PMP and PSMI certificates which improved my project management abilities. I have five years of experience in product management in software development projects, with a strong background in agile and waterfall methodologies, project coordination, UX/UI design, and business analysis. I graduated from Bilkent University with a degree in Industrial Engineering, where I also completed a senior project with Shell and internships with Aselsan, Alarko, and Pasabahce. I am a self-learner, a problem-solver, and a team player, always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
