Personally designing and executing the business planning, the financial fundraising and the international development, commercial and operations management, foreign branches setup. Main achievements have been the company reputation as a respected player and known brand within domestic and international markets and an award for the most innovative and peace friendly R&D project in Southeast Asia during 2014.

Business planning, licensing, acquisition of banking, insurance and real estate partnerships, sales and operations management, interfacing the Partnerships portfolio to a cooperative company composed and owned by the network, thanks to in-house back-office. This Company represented one the most innovative models of credit distribution in Italy but it couldn’t reach maturity and was aborted because of the unexpected legal suppression of the financial intermediary type on which the project was based.
