I create technical content, facilitate workshops, speak at conferences, and learning in public. I heavily focus on engaging New Relic users, engineers and developer communities, helping them understand the value of observability and how they can effectively apply it in their own projects.

Evangelizing Snyk's developer experience platform, including new product features & providing customer feedback to Snyk product management and engineering groups. Supporting the Enterprise Sales team with opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof of Value presentations (PoV/PoC), RfP responses & business justification in a pre-sales capacity. Always thinking outside the box and how to improve the platform in a scalable fashion.
