During my project assignments, my tasks and responsibilities were creation of business process flows, test script writing and execution, log and track issues from testing, create documentation for end user training, provide training sessions and prepare migrations of master data, mainly for customers in discrete manufacturing and the pharmaceutical industry.

I work as a coach driver (call-contract) during weekends and the holiday season. The main responsibility is to provide a safe, reliable and courteous service to passengers during their bus trip. My main journeys are local and national (e.g. transfers in case of rail track maintenance breakdown and school class trips), but also the organization and performing is part of my tasks regularly.

As working student, I did several tasks to support and assist teachers and logistic consultants. Examples are the elaboration of collected data in spreadsheets, translation of course materials (slides) into English, working at open days and provide information sessions about Fontys logistics educations a secondary school (together with teachers).

As a volunteer at LogiXperience, I provided workshops about several subjects (transport modalities, RFID, inbound logistics, supply chain management). The main audiences were students from secondary schools and first years logistics students from Fontys University.

As graduate student, It was my task to develop a new method to calculate the cost price of all processes at the crossdocking department. First, all occurring types of packaging units were allocated to new group of packaging units (same process times). Second, activity-based-costing was used to calculate the new cost prices for the handling of a unit of a packaging group.

The tasks of this committee (consisting students and teachers) are to advice the board and director of Fontys University about the education and examination regulations of the logistic education and the compliance of it. I was the chairman from January 2013 until July 2014.

During the summer of 2013, I took part in a project at Mercuur Smart Logistics (circa 200 working hours). My task was to rewrite all logistic related and administrative processes, by flowcharts and tables, to increase comprehensibility and reduce redundancy.

The first bachelor internship was investigation about scenarios in which the company offers the service to their direct customers to arrange the worldwide transportations (of the packaging units) to the final users. I developed multiple scenarios and wrote and advised one specific scenario based on a weighted factor score.

I worked for 4 days per week during my MBO4 education. My main tasks were the improvement of warehouse operations and the implementation of barcodes (EAN13) for all articles (physical and software). Moreover I investigated to possibilities to conditions to introduce the ELBO products at the consumer market (DIY companies).

My second internship was 2 days per week. I worked as a trainee warehouse team leader. Moreover, I assisted on improvement projects for the warehouse, like the allocation of location codes for every article, improved warehouse (ABC analyses), to reduce the number of pick errors and picking time.

During my first internship (2 days per week), I worked as a trainee warehouse employee. The main tasks were loading and unloading trucks, order picking etc.
