Hello everyone, I'm Hester, a student based in Kamp-Lintfort near Duisburg. I completed my degree in 2020 in my home country and have accumulated nearly 3 years of experience in procurement. I embarked on this career as a freelancer, assisting clients in sourcing and negotiating the best prices for quality products from China. I also managed the logistical aspects of transporting these goods from China to my home country. Additionally, I am a native Mandarin speaker and am fluent in both Cantonese and English. I transitioned to a full-time role at a consulting firm, where I took on the role of a strategic buyer for a personal care R&D manufacturing project. In this capacity, I was responsible for sourcing chemical raw materials with a total value of 10 million euros.
