- Responsible for Delivery of the Software Products within Aptiv Software Defined Vehicle / Smart Vehicle Architecture Program. Managing Multiple Software Programs such as Zonal Controller & Safety-Controller Software in OSP. - Leading multicultural teams of up to 20 Software Engineers across Poland, India, Germany. - Regular participation in Director level Steering Meeting for Status Reporting. - Requirements Analysis with System, Hardware and Customer teams. - Preparation of Delivery Road map.

Responsible for Safety Microcontroller software in the Bring up of Autonomous Driving Platforms using Autosar framework (using Vector DaVinci tools) or Bare-metals software. I was responsible for planning, scheduling, and assigning Tasks in an Agile environment (using JIRA) to a small Safety Controller team and also executing them. Tasks were related to CAN bringup, Ethernet bringup, configuring Ethernet switches & PHYs, powering up other Performance Processors and Peripherals.

As Onsite Coordinator – I am responsible for coordination between the Technical and Management teams in Germany and Technical and Management teams in India. I also represent the India team for Customer meetings in person or via telephone. I am the first point of contact for any issues/escalations from Customer where the team in India was involved and help to coordinate the issue resolution. I provide support to management at both the locations in prioritization of topics and strategy formulation.

As a Project Manager – responsible for managing a team of upto 30 people across worldwide locations in Bangalore, Coimbatore, Stuttgart & Yokohama. The team specializes in providing Boot-loaders on CAN (based on Automotive Diagnostics - UDS protocol) as a platform solution across product-lines by incorporating components based on AUTOSAR framework.

As a Project Lead – responsible for establishing and managing a team of 5 developers on ‘COMMS’ domain (CAN communication) in the EPB (Electrical Parking Brake) project. In addition continued with individual Software Development tasks. Successful in establishing a strong relationship with the Customer which was instrumental in winning complete responsibility (from Requirement Analysis till Delivery) for projects from China.

The Role involved: - • Development, Validation and Delivery of various modules such as IPC (Inter processor Communication), Embedded drivers, COMMS (CAN communication), FSMC (Secondary – Fail Safe Micro Controller) Application (Freescale S12/HC12, HC08 microcontrollers) for EPB (Electric Parking Brake) project.
