    Led a team of 10 experts and drove implementation of unique, rapid replenishment Supply Chain of 20M units with 27k SKUs representing EUR 1B in revenue, across all divisions and brands, produced with 40 suppliers in 7 EMEA and 4 Asia countries delivering to a global customer base.

    Senior Manager Operations Strategy – Global Operations

    adidas Group AG

    Led a team of 30+ multi-functional experts to engineer innovative group-wide End-to-End Supply Chain concepts sponsored by the adidas Group COO. Program covered 900M units with 54k articles and 1.8M SKUs for 3 divisions for all 4 global brands representing EUR 12B in revenue with 1,200 suppliers and a global customer base to target savings of EUR 400M and increased revenues by EUR 800M.

    European Supply Chain Manager

    Drove re-design and implementation of Supply Chain processes, systems (SAP), organization and performance measures across sales, production, logistics and finance for 15k SKUs, EUR 1.1B revenue at 7 factories in the Emulsions business to deliver savings of EUR 2M.

    Championed the PMO for group-wide ‘Performance Enhancement Program’ initiated through Blackstone’s buy-out with direct reporting line to the CEO. Leveraged on product pricing, raw material purchasing, and overhead optimization to secure savings of USD 270M.

    Championed introduction of global standardized work processes as Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Leader to secure savings of EUR 6M Coached 18 Green Belts through various technical and transactional Lean Six Sigma projects in production, logistics, analytics, procurement and administration resulting in savings of EUR 8M at the largest production side worldwide covering 5 production units of basic and speciality chemicals, polymers and sweetener.
