Managed a data scientists team (3 members) of a data science project for the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructures regarding tourism traffic. Processed raw and unstructured data in PostgreSQL and created a userfriendly visualization dashboard in Tableau. Assured input data quality and was responsible for data and information analysis and for the final delivery quality assurance.

Development of the entire business strategy and business model for an innovative tourism concept in the wine tourism industry (international competition analysis, financial planning, marketing plan, etc.). Concept development using all the stages in Design Thinking methodology.

Led multidisciplinary and multicultural teams both abroad and in Portugal, and coached young engineers.
