Ian worked as a Recruitment strategist leading the centralization project for their recruitment. This involved identifying and implementing the best recruitment methodologies, building sustainable policies, procedures and processes and offering a high quality service to all internal stakeholders. Ian built a team of talent aquisiton consultants. Responsible for managing end to end recruitment for the whole organization. responsible for building a graduate recruitment program.

Contining to place senior level candidate in the Banking and Finance world, specifically Audit, Compliance and Risk. Ian also developed a new area for Carmichael Fisher by building an executive search business in the General Insurance space. He worked with Executives throughout all of Australia to source, place and build new teams within Claims and Underwriting.

Ian joined Global Search Consulting to establish a new department to focus on high level executive recruitment within the Banking and Finance sector. This role saw Ian make many high level placements around Asia, The Middle East and Australia specifically within Audit, Compliance and Operational Risk as well as Chief Financial Officers.

rinity Personal are a local Recruitment agency who source both temporary and permanent staff within various sectors; Hospitality, Industrial, Commerical, Health, Education and Transport. His time here saw Trinity personnel grow from a local recruitment agency with two offices to a regional player with 5 offices around the West Midlands. The success here is what prompted Ian to seek an international opportunity.
