One of my biggest strength lies with problem-solving attitude, ability to establish and maintain good working relations with people of different national and cultural backgrounds. In 3 years, reduce the headcount of 30% with lean logistics processes, I always expect and require innovation and invention from my teams and always find ways to simplify. With a saving of 2,3 mio Euros in a period of 4 years, I operate at all levels, stay connected to the details, audit frequently, and are skeptical when metrics and anecdote differ. With a new set up KPIs and Control Towers, I am continually raising the bar and drive my teams to deliver high quality operation, services and processes. • Management of first&biggest HUB Production Material with yearly export operations by sea, land and rail of +250K pallets flow in operational excellence to 21 BSH factories • Analysis of cost structure and company benchmark for logistic, warehousing, and local costs including customs, transport and personnel costs • Implementing process improving, inventory decreasing, lead-time reducing (Utilization, Direct Loadings, Milk-Runs, New Transport Concepts etc. saving approximately 1 Million Euros annually)
