Designed and developed an automated KPI Engine and Dashboard to monitor and masseur the IT Service performance for the contracted SLAs/KPIs across the entire Enterprise. Responsible for the technical implementation aspect in a major BSS transformation project (BRM, OCS, WebLogic, Web services).
