I took care of my own client’s asset portfolio and their overall banking issues focusing on investments. Position required to make decisions and solve problems quickly and to be capable to lead your own work and manage your projects and time. Key achievements: I achieved to tie long-lasting and trustworthy relationships with diverse customers and achieve high customer satisfaction level. Position included high goals which I always tend to achieve and I won several sales competitions.

I established the association's activities and managed the relationships with stakeholders, negotiated sponsorships, took care of marketing and budgeting and arranged speaker events, workshops and afterworks. I needed project management skills, ability to performance to the audience, negotiation skills and strong communicating and team leading skills. Participant count in the events continued to grow.

I was Member of the Board of Central Finland's Shareholders Association.

As a digi ambassador I was encouraging personnel to learn more about modern technologies, digitalization and social media. I was sharing my own knowledge by arranging presentations and workshops, helping with social media, technologies and applications.

As a startup district volunteer I took care of over 200 Startups in a two day event with over 20,000 attendees. I was charge of operating services during the international Slush event. The work was very hectic and it really needed leadership skills to manage the startups in a international environment.

My role as a Internal Change Agent was to encourage personnel with better work- well-being, time management, leading their own work and react faster to disruption in the financial sector. Key responsibilities and achievements: Performing to the audience by arranging workshops and events. Help and encourage personnel to consider and question their perspectives towards their way of working and acting. My team included top- management, middle-management, lawyers and employees.

My main tasks as a Financial Advisor were having a meetings with diverse customers and taking care of their overall banking issues. The main focus was in highly goal- oriented sales and customer service, which I always aimed to achieve. Key achievement: Net Promoter Score Winner with a highest customer satisfaction score in certain period, 2016 (100%/100%)
