• Sole responsibility booking crew & production orders according to brief, preparation of call sheets. • Scouting and booking locations, studios and hotels appropriately. • Full budget responsibilities and ordering equipment from suppliers appropriately. • Reading scripts to ascertain the budget implications of each production. • Setting up client meetings, recommending opportunities and connecting the dots. • Coordination of all aspects of pre and post-production.

• Working effectively and accurately in time-pressured environments. 
 • Ensure talents, such as celebrities, politicians, artists, CEOs & models feel at ease before and during the shoot. • Researching and designing makeup and hairstyles to meet client specifications and requests. • Great understanding of lighting and adjusting the makeup accordingly. • Working to detailed briefs and general style instructions. • Excellent knowledge on current trends in the cosmetics and the makeup industry.

• Welcoming visitors and acting as the first point of contact for all incoming calls. • Performing general office duties and managing the school’s customer database. • Organising extensive travel arrangements, diary scheduling and performing ad-hoc administrative duties. • Accounting, budgeting and invoicing tasks.
