- Blockchain Business Development - cross industry (Consumer & Distribution, Comms, Public Sector, Utilities, ...) - Leading Blockchain initiatives and software development teams - Delivery lead on multidisciplinary teams (blockchain architects, blockchain developers and analyst, testers, UX-designers, industry consultants,...) - Technical responsible of projects with: HLFabric, Java , Javascript (NodeJS, Angular), HTML5, CSS, APIRest, Swagger, DEVOPS, Cloud Native.

Blockchain lead and technical expert, leading proposals, disrupting minds, and implementing Blockchain initiatives integrating complementary technologies as as part of the solution, as IoT, Robotics and Automation, Advanced Analytics, Augmented Reality,... Elaborating relevant use cases for our cross-industry clients, in Products, cross-industry lead: Consumer Goods, and Services; Life sciences; Industrial, Travel (AIIT); Retail, Financial Services, Utilities, Telco, Aerospace and Defence.

Managing a Programme of 52 applications in an International Organization. Responsible for the full cycle, from Start Up to Decommission. Managing business relationships and SLAs with 4 service providers in several locations around Europe. - Guiding implementation and supervising the project implementation for external contractor (IBM NLD- DK, Infotel, Novabase and Everis).

- Managing Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Outsourcing and P&L account in ASIA and LATAM. - Developing the new branding image and marketing strategies for TanGO products, organizing the portfolio and building new business proposals. - Organizing and planning the global sales strategy, introducing the brand in LATAM (Colombia, Chile, Peru and Mexico), Africa (Tunisia, Morocco and Libya), and Asia (Hong Kong and Thailand) - Sourcing in China

Works closely with the Senior Management in the HQ for planning and forecast demands. - Leading the Implementation of a new prototype ERP. Key stakeholder in the SAP implementation for Supply Chain.

- Management and leadership of IT projects (including Vendor Management: UNISYS, IECISA, EVERIS) as part of OHIM's international cooperation effort, covering all 28 EU countries - Working with a broad range of senior-level stakeholders, specialized consultants, and external suppliers - Managing and coordinating the works during the entire life cycle of projects.

- In charge of company´s CRM projects (Mobile and front/back end) for Telco providers in Uganda, Zambia, Nigeria and Afghanistan maintaining daily contact with clients. - Direct and coordinate activities of businesses and development department. The project includes mobile biometric registration & payment in rural /not well developed areas in Africa / Asia

International Experience in Brussels (1 year - NATO), Darfur - Sudan (2 years - United Nations), and several countries in Europe, Africa and LATAM. - Project Manager: Procuring, managing, monitoring and controlling large and complex IT developments with private sector (defence industry) contractor, involved in all phases of SDLC. - Elaborating Business strategy and new Developments - Developing marketing and sales support, elaborating business proposal and bidding documentation.

- Management a project of 12M€ award, involved a team of 45 engineers and technicians. - Business development support activities and pre-sales support. - Reorganized the work, defining ICT service management and service delivery model based on industry best practices and ITIL, and elaborating system development procedures.

- Manage: Plan, designs, develops and implements complex and large IT (C2) projects (from 10m€, 35 staff members and 2 years of development to projects of 300k€, 2 staff, and 4 months) - Commissioned at NATO standarization group in Germany (Multilateral Interoperability Programme - MIP ). - Responsible of System Engineering activities.
