I work as a business process management consultant and BPM, Business Process Management researcher for Affecto Finland Oy. My work consists of enhancing business processes and customer expectation management as well as designing elegant solutions to customer's business problems. I am also writing PhD. dissertation work about business process management capabilities BPMC - Business Process Management Capabilities. I am doing business coaching based on Outside-In philosophy using CEMMethod and To GROW models.

I am working as a group manager for not for profit organization BP Group. The organization if focused on business transformation of companies with leading edge business process management BPM Business Process Management tools and philosophies like Outside-In. Organization also provides training for Certified Process Professional CPP. I am certified as CPP Master level 5 and I am also BP Group's Partner and Licensed Coach.

My Ph.D. dissertation work is related to Business Process Management Capabilities (BPMC). My research objective is to find out, what organizations need to have to do business process management. Work is also related to next generation of BPM, called Outside-In thinking.

I did my master's thesis about intranets in multinational organizations. I graduated with good grades.

Bachelor thesis title "Pohjakartoitus sanakirjatietojärjestelmälle". I did a research on how to make Chinese-Finnish online web dictionary. The thesis focuses on the background information needed for such dictionary.

I did my bachelor's thesis for a local car factory about material handling and book-keeping. The work consisted of designing the J2EE application for the customer's needs.
