In Anlehnung an Peter Drucker: „Eine effektive Führungskraft muss nur eine Person gut führen können, nämlich sich selbst.“ Mitarbeitende aller hierarchischen Ebenen sind gewillt und imstande, Herausragendes zu leisten, wenn sich ihre Selbstwahrnehmung, ihr Selbstmanagement und ihre Selbstführung in ihrer Rolle Schritt für Schritt verbessert. Wenn sie echte Verantwortung für das Ergebnis ihres Tuns übertragen bekommen, werden sie ihr Potenzial voll entfalten. Als Executive Coach und Trainer – von 1998 bis 2014 in Hamburg und seitdem in Barcelona – unterstütze ich Führungskräfte europaweit in ihrer persönlichen Leadership-Entwicklung, ebenso wie deren Spezialisten und Talente. Meine Gruppen-Workshops vor Ort sind individuell auf den Kunden zugeschnitten und fördern agiles, kulturübergreifendes Teamwork. Als 1:1-Coach arbeite ich auch gern online. Ich spreche Englisch, Deutsch, Spanisch und Katalanisch und habe auch eine gute Kenntnis der französischen Sprache.
