Recruited as a change agent and wireless industry expert to turn around and lead the Wireless IT (CRM, OSS, BSS, Billing) and Network Engineering organization (Voice, Messaging and Data Core) with end-to-end responsibility for architecture, design, development, testing, deployment and operation of advanced communications networks, products, services, and applications for residential and business customers.

Planned, deployed and launched new wireless operators, expanded into new markets and launched new services/technologies in Brazil, Peru, Israel, Venezuela and Chile.
