ImaginGO is a web-based curriculum that develops creative thinking - My role is a co-founder who splits time between instructional design and product management.

- Led diverse innovation and technical projects, including AI for defect estimation, blockchain for material tracing and supply chain transparency, digital transformation of global labs - Managed global software design projects, overseeing and coordinating teams, resources, and operations that spanned nations and cultures - Directed UX development through user journey mapping, lab personas and wireframing - drove business model innovation to leverage market trends for growth and competitive edge

Account lead that supported design and IT implementations for a large German bank. I managed between 10-25 people depending on the amount of projects (as many as 8 projects running simultaneously). I pushed innovation and delivered UX design, UX architecture, prototypes and fine designs. I moderated and led design thinking workshops with clients. My specialty at Accenture / Fjord was in bridging the gap between various stakeholders who needed to align in order to produce the best result.

Managed marketing and content development of SAP’s cloud-based, B2B solution (SAP Information Interchange – the SAP brand for Crossgate) and e-Invoicing For Compliance on a global scale. That meant working and coordinating with a variety of people and teams throughout the world: internal SAP marketing (solution, line of business and field marketing), technical teams, external creative and interactive agencies, account executives, pre-sales and our translation/localization teams.

Developed customized UI for customers of Online Insight's flagship product, Precision Choice. Managed technical development and deployment of online market research tool that collected data for use in marketing studies such as Accenture’s 2001 e-branding study: Beyond The Blur. Technical lead for market research data collection projects. Designed and developed custom tag libraries and corresponding Java classes for data collection, display and archiving.

When the internet was gaining in popularity, I was hired by NCSU to instruct their professors on how to create their courses online. This included hands on instruction and teaching in a classroom setting. My specialization was online video, graphic design and Perl/Java programming.

As a child I was a "closet computer geek". I landed this Network Administrator job out of school with only limited amount of practice outside of my home office. Soon excelled to the point where Veda promoted me to Developer working on early web applications using HTML front-ends and Oracle/C++ back-end development. Received security clearance - now inactive.
