I provide corporate finance services to private and public clients, including sell-side and buy-side lead financial advisory services, strategic reviews, fundraisings, etc. I work across sectors but have particular experience in financial services, technology and industrials.

Managing M&A specialists executing international mid-market sell-side and buy-side mandates. Leading origination efforts, and pitching projects convincingly to C-level prospects and successful business owners, building trusted relationships. Recruiting and training staff. Executing and overseeing corporate valuations, due diligence materials, synergy estimates, company and industry analyses, etc. Initially hired as Associate (2011), and rapidly progressed to Associate Director (2012) and Director (2013).

Team-lead in an internal management consulting / business development function that carried out strategic analyses and ad-hoc projects for Executive Management following management traineeship. Expatriated to Portland, OR, USA in 2007 and Singapore in 2008.

Master thesis on the valuation of privately held companies in emerging markets: Private Equity Investments in Emerging Markets: The Case of BankInvest in Vietnam”. Graded 11 on the Danish 13-point scale; the highest grade awarded a thesis from the F&SM line at time of graduation.

Fall 2003 at Queens School of Business, Queens University, Kingston, ON, Canada. GPA of 9.7 on the Danish 13-point scale. The program is taught entirely in English with an internationalised curriculum. The entering GPA in 2002 was 10,1 on the Danish 13-point scale; the highest in Denmark.
