As Chair of the SPAC (Study Programme Advisory Council) I have the legal task to advise the faculty management on the quality of education, including assessment. Since the Wet Versterking Bestuurskracht, I also have to give consent on a number of topics, such as the Education and Examination Regulations. The SPAC has been trained to strengthen its role and to take a pro-active stance in the quality-cycle of the International Business programme.

The core task of an ICTO Coach is to support lecturers with the didactically responsible use of digital educational tools. ICTO Coaches sit at the table as a discussion partner in educational development. They are aware of the latest developments and contribute to vision development and policy within the academy in the field of blended learning. In the Community of Practice they share knowledge and experiences with other ICTO Coaches.

- Manages, investigates, and resolves claims for Iberia Airlines. - Identifies potential suspicious claims and refers to fraud department and identifies opportunities for third party subrogation. - Prepares legal team for trials, hearings and conferences and reports to Home Office and local management on status. - Reviews and approves, within assigned authority limits (100.000€), claim expenses and settlements that exceed the claim adjuster’s granted authority.

The Master of Project Management provides students with an understanding of and advanced analytical skills in the key areas required to manage a project including: integration management, scope management, communications management, risk management, quality management, schedule management, cost management, HR management and procurement management.

The MBA provide students with the managerial skills necessary to make and implement decisions. With its strong emphasis on analytical problem solving, the program also aims at developing the students’ ability to work effectively with others. To achieve these ends, the program offers a learning experience designed to stimulate receptiveness to new ideas and new ways of approaching problems.

The Doctorate in Education program emphasizes disciplined inquiry aimed at understanding human psychological functioning in relation to issues in learning and teaching. Faculty and student research is concerned with the psychology of learning and motivation, teaching, measurement, and developmental processes. The program prepares students for careers in scholarly research and in teaching, with the goal of developing theory and research for the improvement of practice in education.

The Master in Research in Education programme offers students an international, interdisciplinary and comprehensive vision of the different didactic methods to approach educational in different setups. It further develops the skills to conduct educational research and implement innovations that lead to the improvement in Education.

BSc Education draws upon psychology, sociology and critical policy analysis to help explain and understand teaching and learning processes, the mechanisms of and solutions to global inequalities both within and beyond education.
