Service Department Manager.  Manage multiple simultaneous Projects (>50000 CAN)  Schedule, dispatch and supervise 4 technicians for service and installation of Access control, Video surveillance and intrusion alarm systems.  Responsible for the inventory, ordering and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the service and installations.  Link and coordinate with the Sales Department for new installs and proposals.  Create and enforce policies and procedures.

 Deputy Project Manager. Work with Project Manager to influence and implement a strategic direction.  Lead phases of the project.  Meet with client.  Test, install and manage IT related equipment and software.  Main liason with Software Developers.  Link and coordinate different groups/departments to achieve goals.  Provide Reports.  Track Logistics.  Total budget of project: 10 million CAN
