I am the leader of Sia Aerospace, for UK and IT work-team. I take care to ensure the development for all core-business activities and for technical development in fields of interest for a SME company.

At the head of the development team in Sia Aerospace, I reached key milestone for the transfer from spin-off into SME company.

I have started, with the help of my other student colleagues, a study project specific safety and accidents in the helicopter sector to improvement that.

Insert in small staff for feasibility study of improvement process in engine components to ensure performance and maintenance cost limitation.

Assistant staff management and direct management with the customer.

First experience in engineering field (automotive sector), as assistant in custom operations on race cars (Mazda6 and RX-8 mainly) with design and revision of improvement and general maintenance activities.

The course is conducted by the Polytechnic of Milan in cooperation with MIP, as part of the Elearning Communication Open-data project, funded from the European Community's.

Specific training in cooperation with external manager and expert in sales area, as indipendent consultant or assocaite of Assolombarda (part of Confindustria).

Advanced training in cooperation with the Lombardy Aerospace Cluster, part of the Italian Cluster for Aerospace Technology (CTNA).

Specific training in cooperation with Fiera Milano Foundation and Chamber of Commmerce Milan, for start-up programs target to activites in Marketing and Sales areas.

Industrial innovation for R&D trasversal Technology in Economic Entrepreneurship Project. Collaboration with Bocconi University, for Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations field.

Focused on evaluation bonds through the analysis of the prospectus

Crashworthiness applications and Structures Design Integration, with specialization at University of Southampton (Thesis and Final Exam).
