My experiences are based on internal company roles as well as on external roles within management and IT consulting. Since more than 20 years I am working in various senior management roles for discrete manufacturing companies. I am enthusiastic about digital transformation challenges. I am always motivated to work together with business and IT to increase sustainable business impact. My entrepreneurial approach ensures that strategy is implemented in real life. Over the last decades I successfully delivered my promises in various environments in many global organizations. My Agile and Servant Leadership style drives a clear direction and empowers decentralized self-organized teams within a trustful organization.
