Preparation of the status report of each pilot city / water utility.The report included: starting point to current situation input by the project team partner data control (plausibility check): the data provided by the water utilities, are they plausible? improvement of the functioning of the water utility: management, organizational / institutional, technically and with regard to customers areas of improvement 2. Preparation of a fact sheet for each pilot city 3. Presentation of results.

Data research, plausibility checks of information and data; Research of documents for WU; Technical assistance to three pilot water utilities: assistance in developing action plans and .road maps for the improvement of water services (water supply and sanitation.), f. ex. non-revenue water, energy efficiency, water safety plan etc.; Evaluation, classification of reports/documents of the previous water programme; Organization and realization of field visits; workshops for municipalities and WU and events
