- Inspection of milk quality upon arrival to the plant by sampling and lab analysis - Maintaining HACCP system in place to maintain the milk quality - Trouble shooting procurement problems and educating about milk quality composition - Investigate traceability in the upstream and tracking in the downstream for the purpose of Total Quality Management (TQM) - Facilitating production process information to sales department
