I do not speak German, though I have worked very successfully with German and international companies. English is the universal language of IT. Highly experienced and skilled IT Support and End User Engineer / Analyst / Trainer. I am a very straight talking people's person with a wealth of experience and information tucked away, not just in IT either, but in multiple fields, inc Aviation, Tourism, Farming, Engineering and Construction, Service Industries, International Business and Trade and more. So, if your clients are having issues with their products or systems, if you have difficult end users who struggle with IT, are you finding it hard to get an IT person who is happy to fill in at short notice, maybe an ad-hoc project person or just someone who is needed remotely ?.
