Director of every aspect of event delivery and key account management, and not limited to, event conceptualisation, venue management, vendor relationship management, marketing and PR and international team management to create a collaborative team to ensure maximum customer service and optimum profitability

- Responsible for organising conferences, seminars, team building activities and corporate track days by working closely with the client and vendors. - Responsible for management of large public events including V8s, UAE Drag Racing Festival, Formula Drift - Strong collaboration with operations, hospitality and technical services teams to ensure client event is delivered - to the highest standard.

In charge of overall commercial delivery including sales, visitor marketing, conference and educational program development and onsite show operations, as well as developing and implementing long term strategic plans for current and new products and business. Monthly review meetings with the CEO and the Executive Board to provide an update on sales strategy and performance as well as discuss growth tactics.

Working on Meetings and Incentives events and specifically on Gulf Incentive, Business Travel and Meetings Exhibition (GIBTM) in Abu Dhabi and China Incentive, Business Travel and Meetings Exhibition in Beijing. Liaising with external agencies, e.g. PR agency, designers, advertising agencies and responsible for all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.

- Responsible for all aspects of the largest Bridal Exhibition in UAE attracting over 30,000 visitors, including sales, marketing and operations - Developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts and new clients within Middle East and globally and generating new business on a daily basis including selling sponsorship and ‘upselling’. - Established the first fashion and music exhibition in Dubai, Fusion 06, by working with brands such as Virgin, Motorola achieving sales over AED 6 million.

- Fostered good relationships with the travel industry which in turn led to successful collaborations in future events e.g. Dnata marketing campaigns. - Responsible for promoting the British Education system and advising on Universities.
