- responsible for the sourcing of major eDrive (Power Unit, eTransaxle) components to support the electrification strategy for Ford of Europe - responsible for the purchasing of manual and automatic transmissions within Europe - responsible for the purchasing of manual transmission components for all transmission plants in Europe - estimated purchase volume: $450m - no. of direct reports: 6

o In 2018 global responsibility for direct operational purchasing o Since 01/2019 responsible for entire commodity purchasing team (operational and strategic) o Leading a current team of 12 colleagues

o Responsible for indirect purchasing of the JV, divided into the areas CapEx (Machinery & Equipment), Services and Industrial Materials o In addition global responsibility for all CapEx within the GETRAG Group o Since 02/2016 this responsibility has been extended to all manufacturing sites of MAGNA Powertrain o Supported to build up a new green field plant in India with a dedicated purchasing organization o Leading a multinational team located in Germany, Austria, USA and China

o Responsible for the purchasing of all industrial materials (operating materials) and local services for the four manufacturing sites of the JV o Established a global GETRAG strategic organization with lead/support functions together with my counter part from GETRAG o Leading a decentralized team located in Germany, UK, France and Slovak Republic

o Gathered experience in all CapEx commodities and responsible for an annual investment spend of up to € 80 mio. o Responsible for misc. global strategic leads within the GETRAG group and supported the purchasing of investments for our first JV in Nanchang and Ganzhou in China o Supported to build up a new green field plant in the Slovak Republic
