I'm a certified Project Manager with a vast previous experience in Business/Sales Operations and Process Improvement. My passion is building smooth processes around projects, supporting amazing teams, and easing daily business operations, making data accessible, good-looking and insightful. I enjoy optimizing and organizing anything I lay my hands on and am sometimes called an Excel geek: as an example, I created a Google sheet for my book club, making it easy for us to track and choose the next read of the month (there are formulas to track the decade and the progress). I am a strong adept of technologies: tools were made to make it easier for people to work together and create value without straining themselves. I strongly believe in empathetic leadership and people over processes. After fruitful years of gaining expertise in supporting projects, I'm now looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to endeavor in project/process management.
