I am a technical full lifecycle recruiter partnering with internal stakeholders to bring top talent to Prime Video & Amazon Studios in the fields of applied science, research science, data science, business intelligence, and data engineering. I own the management of the end-to-end hiring process for external candidates and collaborate on facilitating internal transfers. Additionally, I manage a variety of projects to improve operational excellence and drive larger strategic initiatives.
I was responsible for placing software engineers into the financial services industry on a contract and permanent basis. I led a small team and was responsible for business development by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. The role included managing both clients and candidates, as well as improving internal processes to increase team efficiency and conversion rates.
As the head of the German delivery function, I managed a team of up to six consultants and facilitated cross-sector candidate delivery across the German market. I successfully IT & project delivery professionals across the German market. I managed and expanded existing client accounts and acted as an interface between the sales and delivery teams. I acted as the main point of contact for client HR teams throughout the recruitment process, and managed stakeholders at various levels.
I specialised in placing IT & business change professionals into the insurance market on a permanent basis. I have a proven track record of successful delivery across a variety of roles, ranging from entry-level to leadership positions, including software engineers, project managers, architects, business analysts, testers, etc. I managed the end-to-end candidate process and employed creative sourcing strategies to find high-calibre candidates.
