Currently involved in re-imagining SAP’s multi-program partnering landscape with the aim of developing a single, holistic, modular program under the award-winning flagship PartnerEdge brand. Tasks include collecting partner & analyst input, program design considering business needs, requirements blueprinting for supporting PRM system, communications, web presence and collateral coordination, contractual rework, and negotiation with other departments for the delivery of benefits.

Overall responsibility for the design & daily operations of SAP’s PartnerEdge volume partnership program for independent software vendors. Grew program membership from 250 in 2008 to 800+ in 2013. Standout achievement was a complete design overhaul of the existing program to introduce a performance-based leveling & tiered benefit framework, in addition to establishing synergies with the related interface certification business. Awarded 2011 SAP Ecosystem & Channels Champion Award for the redesign.

Managed international software development programs to define, develop, test, validate & ship various SAP products - Release, risk, & change management, resource coordination, reporting - Ensured compliance to all SAP development & quality standards, including for an acquired start-up’s product, requiring significant post-merger integration pragmatism - Supervised interns, including interviewing, training, task assignment, performance feedback, career advice, and the writing of reports & recommendations

Simultaneously managed two distinct projects for the SRM 5.0 release to on-time, on-budget completion. Responsible for all aspects of the SRM 5.0 Ramp-Up Knowledge Transfer project to educate consultants on the latest release of SRM. - Planned & scheduled the project, recruited team from around the world - Coordinated all project activities - Published finished RKT Online Knowledge Products - Defined, staffed, & hosted several interactive training workshops

Simultaneously managed two distinct projects for the SRM 5.0 release to on-time, on-budget completion. Coordinated production & roll-out of 50 pieces of (pre)sales/marketing collateral - Produced a material schedule, detailing ownership & deadlines for each piece - Coordinated with Media dept to edit, proofread & design-edit the individual pieces; personally edited & proofread several pieces - Rolled out finished pieces via newsletter emails, an intranet-based “roll-out kit”, & roll-out events

Managed several validation projects (mainly SAP SRM & SAP GTS implementation & upgrade scenarios) designed to verify market readiness of new solutions prior to release. - Recruited & supervised consultants - Coordinated all project activities (installation/upgrade, customizing, testing, problem escalation) - Liaised with development & quality groups - Compiled & presented results, occasionally at SVP level - Coached new project managers in Bangalore, India - Mentored an SAP newcomer

User Interface Engineer. Responsible for planning, design, development & implementation of over 500 schematic displays within a real-time supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system. - Liaised with the client to formulate systems & standards to adopt during design of the schematics - Interpreted geographic CAD system sketch-plans of field sites into process-focused schematics - Programmed schematics & connected them to the real-time database - Conducted testing & QA - Mentored an intern

Member of the Orica’s 3rd Level Internal Support Unit. - Developed a Lotus Notes based Office Resource Reservation System, allowing staff to view bookings for meeting rooms, and specialized office equipment, such as a digital projector - Utilized Microsoft Internet Information Server in association with Microsoft NetMeeting to host an intra-company, video-based staff training system - Provided 3rd level Lotus Notes support to staff as the need arose

LAN setup & admin at telco billing support center. - Determined the hardware & space requirements as well as optimal layout (with respect to access, air flow & connectivity) for the server room - Physically set up server room, including cable routing, rack mounting etc. - Telecommunications patch panel configuration for the office floor, including cable laying & telephony testing - Desktop PC configuration, including design of a Standard Operating Environment (SOE) - User support after go-live

Gained proficiency in Macromedia Shockwave, Dreamweaver, Flash and Fireworks, as well as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and was familiarized with desktop and website publishing principles.

Awarded a full, industry-funded scholarship to complete one of the most prestigious IT degrees in Australia. A four year course completed in three years. Recognized by the Australian Computer Society at the Professional Level (the highest). Courses covered a mix of technical and business subjects.

Final year subjects: English, Further Mathematics, Information Technology, Physics, German. Extracurricular activities included captaining the men's artistic gymnastics team, springboard diving, trumpet player in numerous school orchestras & bands, social service in the wider community.
