Executive Assistant - Mag. Wolfgang Wurm Supporting the management in day-to-day business with operational and strategic issues, preparation and provision of discussion, decision-making and meeting documents, participation in group projects or taking over and coordinating an own projects, as well as ensuring communication between management and other areas of the company.

Responsibility for (digital) sales projects as well as the rent-a-car and fleet business, project management/development of the SEAT MÓ brand, sales reporting towards sales management/management/manufacturer, support and further development of the SEAT & CUPRA dealer network, creation of business plans towards retailers.

Responsible for South America (Chile, Colombia) and ASEAN (Singapore, Malaysia). Independent supervision and support of the countries (interface to the local CFOs), support in an M&A transaction, active participation in planning, budget and balance sheet discussions as well as participation in cross-border projects.

Support of the CFO in Santiago de Chile, optimization and further development of processes, provision of reports from the head office, preparation of budgets and forecasts as well as support in operational business (especially with monthly and quarterly financial statements).

Independent preparation of various reports, creation of ad-hoc analyzes, monitoring of adherence to target achievement/budget compliance (e.g. in monthly reports, annual financial statements) of the supervised areas, creation of business analyzes including suggestions/measures to maintain and improve financial performance indicators, creation of Budgets and forecasts as well as calculation of business cases for new business areas.

During the bachelor's degree Laura worked as an Accounting Specialist in a small company based in Salzburg, Austria.

A Master's degree which is all about driving new trends in times of "Change and Risk" - finding innovative solutions, managing crises, and opening up new business opportunities.
