I lead the Talent function for EF in Berlin and spend my days identifying & selecting the world's most talented individuals, help them discover entrepreneurship and support them on their founder journey.

Techstars Talent helps our portfolio companies build and manage highly successful teams by offering resources that give them a competitive advantage when it comes to talent. Within Techstars Talent, I work closely with teams across the globe to support our founders with flexible resourcing to enable their growth.

In her role with ANSR Global (largest global GCC strategy consulting & implementation firm), Lena leads Engagements with varied Fortune 500 companies throughout their Global Capability Center life cycle - exploration, strategy consulting, planning, set up through operations. A complex, high-touch consulting, program management & operations role that requires excellent communication & people skills, business understanding and leadership.

Senior Member of the Core Team that organised Construkt Festival 2014 – a community event for the entrepreneurial eco-system in Bangalore. Responsible for Work Processes, the Team and major parts of the Festival.

In this role, Lena worked closely with some of India's largest corporates & HNIs. With 5+ years of experience in the management of the biggest Corporate, Sporting & Music Events on the subcontinent, she has gathered tons of experience in the management of people, complex situations and problems.

Intern with the event management company and organiser of international music concerts and festivals. During concerts worked as local Artist Manager, for big international events (i.e. in Thailand - www.corporatechallenge.in) coordinated hospitality and transport arrangements for 300 participants and guests

Improvement of (intercultural) communication between HR department in Bangalore, India and the Central HR department in Germany

Vocational Training as Organisational Assistant. 1.5 years in the company in eleven different departments trained through covering for Personal Assistants on annual leave. During that time voluntary three-months assignment at Bosch Nashik, India. 0.5 years at an academy with lectures on economy, HR, communication, organisation etc.
