• Scheduling of all interviews (skype, loops, panel, Tech, assessments). • Travel and accommodation booking for interviews. • Open job requisitions in, publish and post to internal/external careers site. • Post job openings to internal and external job boards and close openings once hiring process is complete. • Facilitate staffing process, including answering candidate questions related to staffing admin.

• The creation of annual training and development plans (planning, designing, costs, and logistics). • Performance Evaluation. • Issuing contracts of employment, setting up new joiner files, organising induction, maintaining of all staff records. • Updating and giving HR policies and procedure information to all employees. • Providing information about our medical service (contacts, policy, reimbursement, etc.) to all staff.
