During my seven-week internship at Deloitte Albania, I worked at the HR department and Tax and Legal Advisory department. I was in charge of reviewing academic studies and analysis, with the aim of producing a comprehensive report on how companies can improve their employer branding techniques. Moreover, my work consisted of presenting these results in infographics in order to make the information more graspable.

At the Tax and Legal Advisory department, I learned about the tax regulation system in Albania and the region, as well as identified in a working group the issues presented at the time regarding the taxing systems in the region, and internationally. I was in charge of translating the newly regulated Albanian tax legislation from Albanian to English (vice versa) and Deloitte News.
