Business Tech professional and Global Business Partner for IT Programs, Projects and Digital Transformation. My home base is in Hamburg, Germany, but I am originally from Brazil, have lived and worked in 5 different countries as well as implemented systems in Africa, Europe and throughout the Americas. Multi-cultural background is one of my highlights and I can fluently speak English, Spanish, Portuguese and try a lot on some German, too. In my career my focus have been with processes in the Consumer Goods Industry, from IT, Supply Chain, Sales and Finance. My experience with end-to-end Business Process Design, Digitalization, Process Mining and S/4HANA sets me apart, besides the leadership and management experience. My latest interests and work have been on how to set-up a Business Tech Product Driven Organization, Enterprise Architecture and how to apply Agility frameworks like Scrum and scaling it up with SAFe.
