Unterstützung des GBS Partners zum Thema Business Development für den Bereich "Smarter Cities"

Als Projektmanager einer Gruppe von 28 Personen habe ich im Rahmen eines 3-wöchigen Projektes ein neues Geschäftsmodell im Auftrag einer großen deutschen NGO entwickelt. Dieses strategische Geschäftskonzept wurde sehr umfangreich ausgearbeitet und dem Vorstand wie auch der Geschäftsführung vorgestellt. Aktuell befindet sich die Firma in der Realisationsphase und wird in absehbarer Zeit an den Markt gehen.

Here I assisted the project-manager at a corporate social responsibility project. Namely we supported the German Aids Federation (Deutsche Aidshilfe DAH) to establish a general communications concept. A special sub-project was the homepage relaunch. Furthermore it was imperative to generate some essential strategic partnerships with national and global companies. I had a great time at this project and really enjoyed the work.

At IBM Hamburg I had the chance to support the sales office for key-account-insurance customers. My focus here was on sales, proposals, controlling and team coordination.

I worked for the Statutory Books and Pension Fund Accounting department and supported the annual statements for Germany and Austria. Furthermore I supported the daily business and got an insight into all partitions of that broad department. It was an very important experience for me to gain insight into that constitutive workload at the beginning of study!
