Managing M&A and due diligence projects as an experienced consultant. Markets: Construction, building materials, renewable energy, retail, shipping, telecommunications.

Responsible for acquisitions and disposals in the Central and Eastern Europe. My work included: valuation of potential targets, engagement of advisors, monitoring of due diligence process, collaboration with legal counsels for drafting and negotiation of spa, completion accounts. My responsibilities regarding the disposal activities included: Preparation of Information Memorandums, preparation of data rooms, project management (buyers and advisors).

Responsible for a number of financial due diligence and other transaction-related projects. Markets in which significant experience has been gained: mobile telephony, medical centers, wind parks, shopping centers, food industry, car importers and dealers. Advise on accounting treatment of PPP projects (extensions of Attiko Metro, Thessaloniki submerged tunnel). Secondment to KPMG Milan in order to assist a vendor due diligence of a major Italian manufacturer.

Started as junior assistant and was promoted to senior in the audit department. My work involved statutory and international audits. Specialised in shipping, automotive and retail sector.
