For Chevron's Kitimat LNG Project, led organizational effectiveness, diagnosis and design to align seven global locations developing and executing a multi-billion dollar, mega capital project in Canada to extract reserves, construct a pipeline, and build a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant to produce and transport fuel to Asian markets. Responsibilities for the project included organization design, leadership development, team performance, culture, and engagement.
