-Management for all legal topics, i.e. Corporate Contract law, EU law, IP, Compliance -Management of the Company’s global trademark & industrial design portfolio -Legal checks for product names and investigations of “copycat”/trademark infringing products and all case handling activities -Product Compliance, Labelling and Claims Compliance checks -Drafting and preparing contracts for different projects (e.g. Data Protection project, Distribution Agreements, License Agreements etc.)

-Preparation and filing of the VAT returns, Intrastats, ECLs to the tax administrations on a monthly and/or quarterly basis -Assisting in development of improved tax accounting and billing processes and reporting systems as well as related internal controls -Assisting in managing requests from various state auditors -Performing surveillance on topics related to VAT in Europe

-Drafting and negotiating all contracts relating to the SCHNEIDER FINANCE’s commercial activities (NDAs, licensing, Joint Venture, Acquisition, partnership, employment, leases etc.) throughout the UK, US and Russia in English and Russian -Legal support to the US, UK and international operational teams, (such as advertising, marketing, account management etc.) onintellectual property, consumer, business, and privacy law as well as on taxation and land law

-Legal research on various topics in relation to the manufacture, development, registration and licensing of disinfectants anddisinfection devices -Legal due diligence and legal consulting projects -Drafting analytical legal advice on legal matters related to import and local national registration of products

Administrative support for the contract management system and other legal projects related to corporate law, healthcare law and administrative in-house practice.
