Reporting directly to the operation VP. Responsible for all the operational KPIs for all the LatAm units of the company (from the creation until the management of each KPI). Weekly meeting with all the managers from each LatAm country to analyze KPIs and financial results. Daily meeting with the analysts responsible for each country to establish new goals. Weekly trips to the LatAm facilities to ensure the KPIs for security, health, financial and, most of all, the operational KPIs.

Project management, strategic planning of the sector and the factory, ensure efficiency, daily indicators analysis, implement improvements, ensure compliance with Brazilian legislation. Weekly inventory, stock management, production planning and control. Daily report of the factory digital traceability. Management of absenteeism, missing hours, sector budget, vaccination control, vacations, periodic medical exams, training and PPE control.

Member of the Trainee Supply 2021 Program. Rotation between all areas/supervisions of the factory to visualize the interdependence of processes and understand the production chain. Learn the daily routine of a supervisor and develop team management skills. Lead a team with 80 people and report the indicators of the sector. Develop PDCAs and Kaizens at a determined frequency by the managers, reporting directly to the production coordinator. Carry out trainings and projects determined in the program track.

Logistics team from Customer Care Center: Serving national and international customers to provide aftermarket and logistical support (quotes/RFQ, orders, AWBs, invoices, proformas and so on), in which the customer satisfaction is the focus of the process. Deliver a high quality and differentiated after-sales support, carefully analyzing each demand for Materials (Part Numbers) coming from our client around the world. Started as an Intern and got promoted to Jr Analyst after few months.

Support the Key Account Managers in all matters; handling requests for quotations, database and filing system tracking, preparing quotation including web base quotation, handling Quality/packaging Claims (research and reporting at several Bosch Systems), remanufacturing/core reporting, tracking of part release processes, packaging information support for plants, transfer price, handling and support on PMPI. Purchase and follow up requests, freight contracts negotiation and management, sales and client’s prospection, development of standard operating procedures, study and analysis of ABNT regulations for engineering projects, development and maintenance of records for the supply of goods and services, support and assistance for IRS and accounting systems, launch purchases and sales in the internal logistics system.

Weekend work: organizing and coordinating weddings, birthdays, graduations, openings and various parties (before, during and after). Consulting and advisory services to contractors, contact with suppliers; reception and guiding guests during the event, checklist of guests at the gate, check the quality of the environment and the service offered (if the contracted service is excellent), solve problems in order to create a perfect harmony between the contractor, your guests and the contract established
