Mariangela Vespa

I am currently a PhD student at Saarland University in the Department of Psychology. For the last three years (2019-2022), I worked as an Early Stage Researcher in the MISTRAL project (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions) at IZESgGmbH in Saarbrücken, Germany. In 2015, I completed with honors a Master’s degree in Psychology at the Gabriele D ́Annunzio University in Italy. So far, I have worked and lived in three different countries: Italy, Finland, and Germany. These experiences are a great resource for me. I have met and worked with many people and have done and completed with success many jobs/tasks. My training has been continuous and persevering over the years. In particular, since November 2022 I have been studying German full-time at a language school (current level B1). I am strengthening my knowledge of human resources through a postgraduate degree entitled "Human Resources and Talent Development" and a course entitled "Web Recruiting: Recruiting Staff with Modern Web Tools".
