Ran the Resilient Homes Design Challenge, an international crowdsolving competition funded by the World Bank & GFDRR, partners: UN-Habitat & Airbnb. Created marketing campaign with reach of >600,000; >11,000 monthly unique website visitors & 3,200 registrations from 160+ countries (no cash prize); supported participants (avg. age 30); brought on-board UN-Habitat as partner; multi-stakeholder coordination process; assisted WB in final selection; editorial work for publication & exhibition of winnings designs

Conducted qualitative education market research among 900 individuals to develop recommendations for EdTech product positioning, development, and sales strategy as part of a team of four Harvard Graduate School of Education students; created report of 200 pages

Created Monitoring & Evaluation Development Plan for COAF’s $1m SMART Center.

Conducted analysis of causes of teacher absenteeism followed by 2-week in-country evaluation of tech-based solutions; negotiated with local Mobile Network Operators (Orange, Airtel, etc) & met international development organizations (World Bank, UNICEF) to identify areas for partnership; presented recommendations to Ministry and created a report of 50 pages

Recruited and managed team of 7 to develop K-5 ELL blended learning content for 30,000+ Indian students; produced K-5 content progression with literacy experts; developed logic for adaptive content engine; led UI/UX discussions & QA testing; oversaw UI & graphic design; managed content integration into gamified, mobile ELL app and localisation into 6 languages
