I have 17th years of overall exp. I am currently working with ConnectWise from last 10 years. ConnectWise is into IT remote monitoring and management with global IT support. I handle a team of technical resources that includes technicians, Team Leaders, Tech Leads and Sr Team Leaders. My responsibilities here include people management and development, Performance Mgmt, Stakeholder Mgmt, Process Improvement, Strategy and Planning, Root Cause Analysis, CSAT, Co-ordination and communication with internal teams, Client Interaction and Account Management, Incident and Problem Mgmt, Automation. I am a commerce Graduate and have completed MBA in Ops Mgmt. My family includes my Wife and two Daughters. I like playing Cricket, Football, Chess, Swimming, meeting new people and exploring new locations.
