- Deliver high calibre operational services within Vodafone Cloud & Security Data centres. - Supporting the design, build and implementation activities associated with the deployment of Customer solutions into Data Centre environment. - In-life support activities such as cross connects, patching, racking& decommissioning. - Plan efficient use of Data Centre space & Cabinet utilization based on Vodafone Hosting Data Centre Standards. - Manage tickets and action within any agreed Customer SLA's.

- Network support engineer at BMW headquarter in great Munich area. - Creation/update of configurations & documentation on Cisco and HP routers, switches & APs. - Exchange & installation hardware in customer networks and also create, patch & install network connections. - Daily working with BMW ITSM in order to accept & resolve incidents/change based on SLA levels (critical,high,medium,low). - Updating/maintaining CMDB. - Participation in 3 shifts of network operations/support & provide on-call duty.

- NOC engineer & technical supervisor on SATCOM networks. - Real-time monitoring and troubleshooting on SATCOM networks in 24/7 ops environment to ensure reception of acceptable SNR/BER and deliver correct data to end user. - Experience on SATCOM technologies (DVB/SCPC, DVB/RCS and TDM/TDMA). - Liaise with R&D to optimize/expand new/running projects. - Daily work with ops procedures/change management/ticketing system. - Daily relation with customers to deliver expected quality of service based on SLA.
