Strengthening revenue management skills and engagement among the market management teams. Assisting internal stakeholders with various revenue management projects.

Building and maintaining partnerships and providing hotels with technical and analytical support as well as suggestions for business growth through optimised use of Expedia´s systems. Increasing revenues through targeted application of Expedia´s marketing tools. Implementing and improving yield management with the help of Expedia´s revenue management tool Rev+.

In charge of all aspects of reservations & conference departments (team of 5 res. & conf. agents). Focused on leadership, exceeding budget & forecast targets, training, motivating & developing the team, delivering superb guest service, championing hotel & company projects, restructuring & revitalising procedures, introducing and establishing new products and relationships, pro-actively seeking new business, recruitment, being a role model for the hotel and company by living Winning Ways.

Intern as part of Europe's Leonardo DaVinci programme at Parador Hotel Atlantico, Cadiz, Spain Receptionist, working full time with a front desk & reservations team of ten members.

In depth education in all facets of a five star, full service grand hotel.

Working in the Doc Cheng's restaurant and in room service as an intern. A prerequisite for getting an apprenticeship position at the hotel.

Involved in commercials and TV productions and learning about the film industry and media business.
